Optimized operators are prioritized and displayed first in FlyEasy when sourcing options are shown. To become optimized, operators must configure accurate pricing, features, and define all associated costs within their fleet—such as crew overnights, landing fees, parking charges, and other operational expenses. Updated aircraft photos should also be included.
Please keep in mind that there is a separate section for floating tails, as they are always more competitive than aircraft with permanent home bases and therefore cannot be optimized.
- Log into your FlyEasy account
- Select "Fleet Director" in the vertical menu
- Select each tail individually. For each one, ensure the home base and retail rate are listed. Then, scroll down to the Performance and Features section as shown below. This is where you'll enter or review aircraft details including features.
- Pricing and Quoting section, as shown below. This is where you'll enter or review base pricing and associated operational costs.
