Tuvoli- 2. Opportunity Manager- Overview and how to send your client quote

  • Opportunity Overview will give you a summary of the quote you have created. You will be able to view/edit the quote, duplicate the quote, download a PDF as well as send the quote via email.
  • When sending the quote by email, you have multiple options available: docusign, docusign and checkout- credit card or wire, docusign & checkout (hold not required), docusign and check out (charge only option), docusign only, PDF only and the newly added wire transfer with hold only (credit card hold required)
  • The notes section at the bottom of the page WILL NOT BE viewable to the client, they are internal notes.
  • In order to send the quote with Docusign and Client Checkout, click on the radio button to the left of the created date and "Preview and send quote"
  • Emailing your customer quote-
    • The "from" address is hardcoded as support@tuvoli.com but can be configured to show your company email URL.
    • Your email must have a "subject" in order to send
    • Feel free to add a custom message to your client in the body of the email. Everything you type in the free form box will be sent in the body of the email. 
    • Your quote will be attached to the email in a PDF format.
    • Once you are happy with the content of your outgoing email, click ""
    • Below is what your client will receive. If they are happy with the quote, they click "confirm this quote" to bring them to the docusign and checkout.
