The Trip Calendar will give you a visual representation of all your confirmed trips in a calendar format.
Trip Management allows you to add/edit/remove information like passenger details, catering, ground transportation among other items. Trip Management also provides access to a customizable Trip Sheet.
- After the status of your quote has been changed to "Confirmed", the trip will now display on your Trip Calendar. This not only provides a visual representation of your confirmed trips, but also provides access to trip details in "Trip Management" which will allow you to build out the Trip Sheet.
- To access the Trip Calendar, simply click on the Trip Calendar button located in the upper left-hand corner of your Opportunity Manager dashboard (screen shot below). If you would like to bypass the Trip Calendar and go directly to the Trip Management page, simply click on the icon of the white arrow in the orange box located towards the end of the trip record.
- When the Trip Calendar displays, simply click on the desired trip.
- Once you click on the desired trip, you will be navigated to the Trip Management page. This is where you are be able to add/edit/remove information such as passenger details, catering, ground transportation, etc. To navigate to the customizable Trip Sheet, simply click on the Create button located under the Notes to Client section on the right-hand side of the screen.
- The Trip Sheet page allows you to customize the Trip Sheet that you will be sending your client. Expanding the Header, Itinerary, Photos and Tables sections allows you to hide/display certain information, change colors, and edit aircraft photos (just to name a few).
- When all of your changes have been made, scroll to the bottom of the page and simply click on the blue Send button to email your client a copy of their Trip Sheet.
