Tuvoli- Client Management (How to create a contact, where all client records are stored)
- To access Client Management, click on the waffle menu in the top right-hand corner of your Tuvoli admin page.

- To add a new contact, click “add new contact”

- Enter contact details-will this be an individual account? If so, check “individual account” or if part of a larger group ie. Sales, do not check individual account and write the group name in the “Account” field. Once an account group is created, when entering an individual to that group, it will prepopulate as shown below. If you are adding them to an account not yet created, you can create it while entering the contact. Below is an example of a group contact followed by an example of an individual contact.

- Once the contact details are created, it will open the contact profile page in more detail.

- You can also view all contacts by going to "Client Management" in the waffe menu.
- In the example below, all of the contacts/opportunities are showing under, Mark Frangiosa. A Sales manager would have access to all of Mark's opportunities as well as all of their other sales reps opportunites, however, Mark will only have visibility into his own opportunities.

- What if I want to add a specific credit card mark up or profit margin per account or contact, am I able to do that? Yes!
- Go to the contact in your contact list and click "view", this will open up the profile.
- Click on "Account info"
- "Edit"
- Click on the applicable section you want to update- target margin, credit card mark up (shown believe highlighted in red.

- Once you have completed updating the mark ups, click "save". This will update the contact's record permantantly for future quotes. You can update both fields or just 1, you do not have to add additional mark ups to both fields.
