There may come a time when you have built/cloned multiple quotes on the Opportunity Overview page (screenshot below) and you would like to hide one (or more) of the quotes so you do not mistakenly send it to your client.
Please follow the steps below to hide a quote(s) on the Opportunity Overview page.
1. Select the quote(s) you would like to hide by clicking on the appropriate checkbox located on the left side of the quote. Then, simply click on the "Hide Quote" button.
2. Once you click on the Hide Quote button, two separate tabs will display. One tab will contain your Active Quote(s) and the second tab will contain your Hidden Quote(s). Please note that even Hidden Quotes can be sent to your client.
